FAQ
Straight answers about pricing, hosting, redesigns, ecommerce work, and ongoing support.
Clear answers first, without the vague sales copy.
How much does a website cost?
Most projects start with a package, then adjust for pages, features, content, and timeline. Final pricing depends on scope.
How long does it take?
Simple sites can launch in a few weeks. Larger, content-heavy, or ecommerce projects usually take longer.
Do you host the website for me?
Yes. Hosting and care can cover SSL, updates, backups, monitoring, and small monthly edits.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. Your existing domain can stay yours and be connected at launch.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the site content and domain. If care ends, hosting and support stop, but the site is still yours.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. Redesigns are a strong fit, especially for outdated sites, weak mobile layouts, or confusing navigation.
Do you build Shopify websites?
Yes. Shopify help can include storefront design, homepage updates, product page improvements, and collection structure.
Can you make contact forms work?
Yes. Forms can be set up with spam protection, clearer fields, cleaner delivery, and a better confirmation flow.
Do you offer monthly maintenance?
Yes. Monthly care can cover hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, and small edits.
What happens if I cancel the monthly care plan?
You keep ownership of the site and domain, but hosting, edits, monitoring, and support under the plan would stop.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. Small post-launch edits can be handled through a care plan, and larger additions can be quoted separately.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes, to a practical degree. Messaging support can be included, especially in the Growth and Premium packages.
Do you provide logos or branding?
A full brand identity package is not the default focus, but logo refreshes and visual cleanup can be added.
Can you help with SEO?
Yes. Basic SEO setup is included, and extra support can be added for local structure, content updates, or ongoing optimization.
Do you work with businesses outside New Jersey?
Yes. Local businesses are a strong fit, but projects can also be handled remotely outside New Jersey.
